HK foists Sanctions on PH over Apology

HK PHPHONG KONG - announced Wednesday it was imposing sanctions on the Philippines because of its “unacceptable” failure to apologize for a deadly hostage crisis more than three years ago. World leaders laud PH Gov’t-MILF peace deal

UN: Only 20% of funding given to ‘Yolanda’ victims
