Arrival & Departure Formalities - 9(e) and 9(g) Visa Holder
The Bureau of Immigration (BI) Commissioner Jaime Morente announced the updated Resolution No 89 Series of 2020
The following revised guidelines are hereby implemented:
Foreign Nationals with valid and existing Visa under Section 9(e) and 9(g) of Commonwealth Act No 613, who leave the Philippines must be follow Condition:
ARRIVAL
- Foreign need valid and existing Visa on date of arrival
- Foreign need Pre-Booked Quarantine Facility
DEPARTURE
- Resolution START on 17. December 2020
- Only 9(e) Visa Holder
- Only 9(g) Visa Holder with valid ACR Card and ECC-SRC Return. (Special Return Certificate)
